AT&T probably doesn’t want to maintain U-verse anymore. The software is outdated for one. We haven’t had new CPE for uverse since the acquisition of DTV. They did have to “manufacture” some new DVRs during a major shortage of them.. but even those were garbage. It’s just super outdated. I have done that several times over the span of an hour. I hunplugged and replugged it in. And I have held the power button for 10 seconds to restart it as well.
