Dec 1, 2016 · I downloaded the scanpst tool for Outlook 2003 a while back . When I ran the toll I get the message that the OLMAPI32.dll is missing , try reinstalling the program. I tried running the repair function but that had no effect . I then forced it to run a check by suddenly shutting Outlook down with the CTRL ALT DEL and stopping the process. This looks a bit complex. So a better way is just to search for “scanpst.exe” on your local computer. As long as you have installed Outlook, you will be able to find it.
