Super late to the party (and I was Googling for ideas so this came up) but another one to look at is KKthxUI -- it's a minimalist All-In-One. It's not perfect, but it's pretty darn good, and it plays nice with other Addons. Just go with ElvUI. It has everything a UI needs minus the likes of WeakAuras2. I think it’s because it’s set to loop and doesn’t have an untrigger. But I could be mistaken. Another way could be to duplicate the weak aura multiple times, set it to just play not loop, and then use different <= numbers. But that may also use more CPU? Idk.
