Bug Report. I'm playing on a friend's Siptah server, and it won't unlock the "Craft an eldarium weapon" journey step. I've tried crafting a Berserker's Blade, Incarmine Blade, and Sword of Nergal, and none of them gave me the step completion. If it’s not about this, try to remove all aloe leaves from your inventory and then harvest few more with no leaves left in your inventory.
